Default Voice mail messages over the radio?
Picked this up on close call a while ago in the Ames area 152.4800 and now and again it seems like I hear voice mail messages broadcast over it, I dont hear it very often and I have checked through the FCC licenses and I cant find it anyone have any idea ?
