13-051 - what is it?

Is there a listing of talk groups somewhere? I came across 13-051 and can't find out what it is. I just bought a Uniden BC346XT and am loving it!

Go to the blue toolbar under the RadioReference logo, click on Database and use the pulldowns. And for additional information use the Wiki pulldown under the Scanner Master logo, then click on Collaboration, then on Iowa.
