GID 1832 active in Des Moines - Medical Emergency?

Woke up today to a new GID 1832 extremely active with many users in the Des Moines area. All 3 sites serving the area are active. Deputies and local police are involved also. They are talking about shots and identifying themselves as incident command.

Anyone hearing this? My totally uneducated guess from 10 minutes of listening says its a H1N1 vaccination event. But they are having to do crowd control and the whole bit. Is the world coming to an end? haha

1832 is active again right now and it does sound like the H1N1 vaccination event at the fairgrounds.

Just heard someone say something about a vaccine.

There just was an announcement that all radios should be on channel 8, someone was keying up on dispatch.
