Yep they went to PD first then to Fire as they are training today.
I want to say last night or night before Joint Comms lost everything and had to use portables to dispatch I bet the dispatchers loved that. Also different fire station have lost their alert from dispatch and have had to go to portables many times. Seems like the CR system is held together with string and tape.
Last week during the power outage Area lost everything but radios they had no phones, CAD the dispatcher was telling rigs to call his cell phone. What a cluster. You would think Joint could just dispatch Area as they get the calls first. They were in full panic mode for no reason. Lost CAD oh no have to look at a map like old days and find it yourself without being given a map page to reference.

no clue will have to wait and see unless someone can dig up something on the web.

everything still working so I guess they will wait until early some monday morning to switch that would be the low traffic point.

if they can figure out how to keep the computers working in their cars that would be a upgrade. I always hear them bitch about computer not working and the tech people saying they are replacing some part and they hope it will fix the problem, nice system. Also in some of the flooded area there is no cell service so it is their 800 radios only no backup way to call for help unless you fire 3 shots i guess. I am sure the officers that work the flood patrol areas have some colorful names for the areas!!

You can probably find the frequencies in the FCC ULS: FCC Universal Licensing System (ULS): ULS Home -- it might take some digging and investigating though. Especially if the new frequencies aren't licensed in the city's name. I am not familiar enough with CR frequencies to be able to sift through the records and find the new ones.

The trunked system has a callsign of WPKM593. It looks like they won't have to change the control channels and only switch a few of the frequencies.
