Default 151.355??

Anyone know what the digital-sounding signal is on 151.355 in the CR/Vinton area? The database shows it as "Scott, Muscatine, Cedar, Clinton Counties" for the IA DNR, but as an FM frequency. I've tried tricking up a P25 dummy system on my HP1, but haven't been able to pick up anything on that one.

Boone county must have its new NexEdge system up and running. They are running a repeater on 151.355.

I have tried for years to get PL tones for the simplex DNR stuff and I think they are all CSQ
