Linn county and all the Public safety(excluding IHSP) has swithched to common trunked net. Has a primary freq(851.225000) plus 69 indivigual talk groups.The system type is Project 25(phase 1) I am lost trying to reprogram my Radio shack Pro 96. Printed out ARC96 operating instructions. Still have a BIG problem getting 1 primary freq and 69 talk groups intergated.
