Trying it id this frequency 159.225. ULS states it is under Linn co sheriffs office, but i seem to hear medical passenger service or something like that.

This frequency is used in several counties in the area. It is used by agencies supporting handicapped and seniors in each counties (actually anyone in the rural areas can use the service.
