Does anyone know if the SRS uses radio? If so what are their frequencies? Also interested in other state agencies.

They don't in Osage County. Not sure why you would want to listen to that anyway...

They had talkgroups assigned originally on the Topeka TRS, but I have never heard any traffic on them.
