Default Khp Icm

Does anyone know what the in-car-mic frequencies are for troopers. I do have the two main ones, but i think that they may be different for some troopers on the digital system. Granted you have to be pretty much right next to the trooper and his car to hear them but driving on interstate, you do get close for a bit...let me know or PM me if you would rather not display them..Thanks.

So would you like to share what you've found?

I assume you are talking about their in car camera audio? If so, the digital radio system has nothing to do with their in car camera mic. The older cameras (Eyewitness) use 2 frequencies, which you probably already have. I have heard that very soon they are going to start replacing those cameras with new DVD style, possibly Watchguard. If so, those are 2.4 GHz digital spread spectrum freq's.

Why aren't you out fighting fires 576?

KHP has already started phasing out the old cameras and adding new ones to the newer units, 576 is right, they are going with the watchguard DV-1.

I used to pick up Parsons Ks. PD units dash~cam mikes on 170.245, and could hear them several blocks away. Haven't had that programmed in for a long time. A local churchs' pastors' lapel mike was on the same freq, so on Sunday I would have to lock him out...!

Most of the older high-band dash cams and mics operated on 5 KHz. splits between 160-174MHz., so be sure to search the range in 5 KHz. increments, not 12.5 KHz.
