Talking Need help in plain english to program bcd996t please. where to go

DONT understand all this digital stuff yet. us hillbillies just dont get it. please help get my scanner programmed to new p25 digital800mhz system installed as we type in garden city kansas\ finney county. entire county is on this system. i have read a lot of forums and just lost. any help is greatly appreciated.

I have the BCD996T and have successfully programmed it. I live in Chandler, AZ and have 7 systems, 46 sites and 1002 channels programmed into it. I don't claim to be an expert, but I'll gladly help if you still have questions.
