I listen to the scanner right now and get know talkgroup 2266 maybe bulter Co not sure ?

Yes- 2266 and 2267 are assigned to Butler County as "Event" channels. I haven't heard of any other TGs assigned to them yet, but keep monitoring them.

Found these in the RR database for KSICS

398 Wildlife & Parks 4
1115 KDOT Lindsbourg Shop
2018 State Emergency Management Calling

I think that most of the active TGs on the system are in the database.

Haven't been able to find these in the DB but then again may have missed something but thought I'd post them in here.

Was coming through yesterday and ran across 2252 and 2253 on 50 from CO line to almost Dodge City.

It was some type of juvenile facility.

2252 seemed to be primary while 2253 was a secondary channel they would switch to sometimes.

Both related to one another, talked about bringing the kids in for dinner and keeping number such and such separate from another number. Meals for lockdowned parties and meds and other such. Definitely juvenile though and not adult. Mostly picked up inbound to and within Garden City, less as I left there towards Dodge City.

Maybe someone here can pinpoint what and where

For the last two days I have been hearing on my State Wildcard frequencies some radio testing.
The talkgroups are #1, #2 and #4. They are setting up their radios by talking and by tones. I have
no idea who they are. I have a Radioshack Pro 106 and I have all of the State P25 Control and
alternate control channels entered. I watch and check the talkgroup numbers as the signals are
received, but these are some new ones. They started on Monday and worked all day Monday
and Tuesday on them. They use radio numbers like 8610,8720 and so on.
