Default RS Pro-106 and KSICS

If I wanted to program KSICS into my Pro-106, would I need to program the various towers normally or in Multi-Site mode? If Multi-Site is required, would I use ROAM or STAT? I will be programming the Bonner Springs and Olathe towers.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info. I'm actually using Butel's ARC500 software on a trial basis. Not sure if I like it yet though. How much does win106 run?
