They are talking about Leavenworth county's new multi-site system- which is part of KSICS. While there are actually multiple tower sites (5 if I remember correctly?) they all operate together on the same frequencies- called mulitcasting or simulcasting. From a scanner perspective, it will be as if you were listening to a single site. Both the Bonner Springs (Wyandotte) and Easton (Leavenworth) towers of KSICS will have different freqs and be part of the county system.

I've been listening for it, but haven't heard anything out of them yet other than the regular El Dorado tower. The northern tower apparently is not operational yet. I've been periodically listening on the previously listed frequencies (856.9375, 857.2375, 857.7625, and 858.2375) and haven't hear a peep of digital traffic or control tones......

Tonganoxie tower had a CC testing on 868.475 last week, but it's off for the weekend. I haven't heard any audio through the system yet, but I haven't been monitoring it a lot. Thus far there are only the Easton, Bonner and Tonganoxie towers AFAIK.

I see that someone already posted the new LV Co TGs here on RR.

We should see some more action on this system next week.
