Default KSICS - Google Maps (good on google earth)

Does anyone have any idea how I can plot all the KSICS sites on Google maps? I plotted them in a google earth file, but when I try to import them over to a google map, it gets all messed up. If you navigate to each of the sites on RR, it shows the site, but I'd like to have them all plotted on one map.

any ideas? Please see the google earth attachment.

First, if you have a web server, upload your .kml or .kmz file to it. Then open Google maps in your browser, paste your kml or kmz file's complete URL in the "search" box and search.

I uploaded your kmz to my server and you can see it here:
"http://tinyurl.com/KSICS-252" - which should take you to its true URL of

"http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=http:%2F%2Fha rrymarnell.net%2FKSICS-252.kmz&ie=UTF8&ll=38.506967,-97.828405&spn=3.876911,8.4375&z=7".

You should see my kmz file's URL in the search bar once you open it. If I've built my links here correctly

If you don't have webspace, I'll be happy to leave it on mine for you.

Yup, works just fine at my end. Google Maps doesn't support all the icons, and isn't as robust as Google Earth, but it's quick and easy for people without GE to view your stuff... and it uses a lot less computer resources.

You can also "build" maps right within Google maps, but it's a little clunky and has fewer features. Info at My Maps - Maps Help

Thanks for taking the time to prepare the Google Earth .kml file.

I only get to Kansas once a year, but I like listening to a true P25 system while I am there.
