Default Cowley/Sumner Counties

I dont see many people on here talking about Cowley/Sumner counties. Who monitors these counties? I monitor mostly Cowley County and some of Sumner County.

Any one else out there?

OK, resurrecting this old thread rather than starting another. I'm coming to Ark City for Arkalalah and my high school reunion on Saturday, 10/27/12. I notice KSICS doesn't appear to have full coverage of Cowley County so I'm wondering if I should just program the local UHF frequencies.

Arkalalah is in full swing starting today (Wednesday) Cowley Co. including Ark City and Winfield do not use KSICS. We are all on UHF. Below are the main Arkalalah Channels.

460.2000 - ACPD
460.6250 - ACFD
453.9750 - Cowley Emg Mgt. 1
453.9250 - Cowley Emg. Mgt. 2
462.6000 - Arkalalah OPS

Thanks and happy Arkalalah!
Zach

Thanks, Zach. If you don't mind, a couple of questions on KSICS in the area. Based on the coverage maps, I was just wondering how the KHP guys operate in Cowley with the non-optimal digital coverage. Also, do you receive any of the KSICS traffic?
