I was down that way last week, and rumors are circulating they've changed to NEXEDGE digital. I couldn't hear them either in the South part of Wichita.

Cross-referencing the DB frequency here with the FCC database shows it appears they may have changed. Their radios are narrowband capable, Possibly changed to NEXEDGE (Not trackable with any scanner on the market), and possibly going to Phase 2 P-25. I can't absolutely confirm what's seen here, just what I translate it to be.
