Uniditentified KSICS In Leavenworth County KS

Can anyone help with any of these Unidentified Talkgroups I've picked up in Leavenworth County
from the Kansas Statewide Interoperable Communication System (KSICS).
Talkgroup 4794
Talkgroup 4167 I Suspect another Lansing Ks PD.
Talkgroup 4760 I suspect Douglas County (Lawrence)SO or LAW
Talkgroup 4564 No idea here!
Talkgroup 4794 I suspect another counties SO
Talkgroup 4240 I suspect Leavenworth County Fire Department Support 8?

LV PD/FD recently went to KSICS.
I've sent updates to Radio Reverence.

4167 is Lansing PD Main
4760 is DG PSAP Channel 2
4794 is DG Special Ops
4564 is Horton PD
4240 is something called Support 8.

With the exception of 4240, most of these are in our interop radio templates.

In the past couple weeks I've only had
6 hits on 4167
1 hit on 4760
2 hits on 4794
2 hits on 4564
However 4240 has 71 hits and I heard the Leavenworth County FD units say go to Support 8
I am still working on what township has been using it.

4794 Special op's was encrypted.

4752 6 hits -I think another Douglas County
4793 1 hit
And these unknown probably belong to the same organization.

4817 1 hit

There is probably little interest in KGE and Westar Energy but I have many unlisted Talkgroups

They seem to use many as private conversations.
ie, A talk around from the main Dispatch Talkgroup
8336, 12560, 12624, 12962, 13808, 13898, 15376, 18102, 29328, 33672, 34103, 34104, 34412, 35827, 41616, 63751

That is one of several. A couple of us who are ComL's put together a template of local channels so we can interop as well. We use the local's until we can get them to switch over to the actual interops.

I wasn't able to locate these from the Template:

4820
4822

Looks like they would be all from the same organization.
Probably a Leavenworth something-or-other
as they are just under Talkgroup 4823 which is Leavenworth Public Works.

It's tough to get it from monitoring when the Talk groups receive so little use
It would be nice if my software would save a recording on just those Talk Groups.
Does any of them.

I am using Win500
