K-7 dividing line, LV & WY Co

OK ! , I live in Leavenworth Co, I was told that K-7 High Way was the dividing line for LV CO & WY CO, if so where would this put Bonner Springs & Basehor , which County ? because LV CO does not run straight down K-7.

Basehor is in Leavenworth County. Bonner Springs is in both counties you listed, and Johnson County as well. I would also program in MARRS Kansas City Metro - Metropolitan Area Regional Radio System (MARRS) Trunking System, Kansas City Metro Area, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies as Johnson and Wyandotte Counties both have talkgroups on this system.
