Frequency Database = Kansas

When I go to the Frequency Database & click on it , it goes to the map of the U S, it shows which State that has an up date ( in blue ), on Kansas it shows KS is blue for up date, BUT , when I click on Kansas ( in blue ) & it goes to the state of KS, it does not show any County highlighted in blue, but all the other States show their County's in blue. what happened to Kansas ?

The update was in the KSICS system.. Sumner County SO, TG 602 It doesn't show up as a county update because it's on the statewide system.
