Radcliff's has been leaning more on using their APCO 25 system alittle more than usual.
I put it in my Pro-2096 however it doesn't decode their transmission. All I get is the sound as if I was using a regular scanner trying to listen to KSP.
Any reason why that may be. I listened with PL tone off and the scanner in FM mode. No go.
Thanks

I'd bet it was encryption... Radcliff came in Lime-Charlie on 155.685 yesterday afternoon conventional... didn't hear them digital.

Should have been Lima-Charlie... sorry. It is short for Loud and Clear... I work in Lexington and live in Woodford County... was on the road from Churchill having worked Oaks Day.
