Hi Andrew....
If you know the tone for the freqs enter them in the tone column.... that should keep KSP from bleeding over unless you are really close to one of their towers.... then you'll probably have to use the attenuation to keep them out... Hope this helps you!

unit charlie iam confused. it is a ksp frequency 460.2375 i hear harlan post and on good beam and good weather can pickup london ksp on same freq. however i enter it 460.2375 on fm/p25 when it scans it shows up d DG . i think by tone you mean ctcss and dcs. didnt think ksp frequencies did that. thanks andrew stoots

Sorry Andrew, I misunderstood the problem.... My 96 would receive Northern Kentucky Public Safety on the KSP freqs because I couldn;'t program a NAC to keep them quiet.... That freq is in Harlan for Post 10 and Mt. Victory in Eastern Pulaski County.... The KSP System isn't designed to use a beam for reception, just the aerial on the vehicles.... The 2096 will display DG when it decodes a P-25 signal which basically means you are receiving the transmission in P25.... The DG will stay there until the scanner no longer detects the P25 signal....
