Default Whitley Co

Has Williamsburgs Fire changed their pl tone? I live in the Gatlinburg TN area and we have a local fire dept on the same freq, 154.310 MHz, but our pl tone is 103.5Hz. This evening I over heard Whitley Co Dispatch telling all fire department personnel they could come to a game at the high school for free with department ID in rememberence of 9-11. Just curious if they changed their pl tone...
Thanks
