Programming of a BC246T

Do you have the software and cable to program your radio? If you do I
can assemble a load for your scanner and send it to you... there shouldn't be
much trunking in your area, just conventional freqs.... which ones were you
interested in monitoring? Tried your email and received a fatal error...
