Default KSP on 800 MHz

A interesting find.
Is KSP adding 800MHZ repeaters?
It's also Conventional.
Nothing heard yet on these Frequencies.

ULS License - Public Safety/Spec Emerg, 806-821/851-866 MHz, Conv. License - WPUU307 - COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY

Each Post (to my knowledge) has an 800 MHZ Mutual Aid system in place. Check out this page for more info.

the 855 would be the Repeater not Mobile
and the 810 is the input to the Repeater [not needed for listening]

As davidp124 pointed out, these are MDC freqs.... the KSP folks maintain a statewide network for use by their Troopers and other authorized people....
