Default GC Sheriff

Does anyone know if the GC sheriff went to an encrypted communication? I can hear dispatch fine, but the deputies sound garblish.

Sorry, should have included more detail. Graves County is what I was referring to.

It appears from the database that Graves County Sheriff is using digital P25. The city of Mayfield is also using P25. If your scanner cannot decode P25 digital signals it will sound like gibberish. If you are hearing dispatch they may still be using analog.
