Long over due!
More redundancy with the addition of more towers. A P25 FDMA system using existing frequencies, from what I understand.
Warren Co P25 Update
From the FCC Web site, it looks as though the new Warren County P25 FDMA is taking shape with the existing system frequencies now with a new emissions designator added,
8K70D1W, to each frequency (P25 Linear Simulcast Modulation ASTRO). Also noticed was the addition of the three new sites. No testing noted yet.

From article in Daily News dated 01/18/15, looks as though the P25 TRS for Warren County will be delayed until July 2015. Will post more as I hear.
