I was told by a firefighter on one of the county fire depts. that they would be switching over August 1st.
Noticed that they, in fact, have begun utilizing two talk groups for Warren County Fire:

Don't mean to sidetrack the thread, but how does this system do with simulcast distortion? I'll be down in BG in a few weeks visiting family, just wondering how much I'll have to fight my radio in the hotel room to get it to come in. Hopefully your radio techs know how to tune a site for it better than ours with the state up here in Illinois....
