AIR EVAC SERVICES INC/PHI Air Medical Freqs
Yesterday (06 Feb 2008) PHI Base in Lexington was doing some fairly extensive testing of their radio system.... Their radios have at least seven and possibly eight channels. Ch.#1 is the Lexington Tower (159.49500/136.5 PL), Ch.#2 is the Morehead Tower (159.495/ 136.5 PL), Ch.#3 is the London Tower (159.49500/136.5 PL), Ch.#4 is the Paducah Tower (160.05000/703 DPL). The next two channels are unknown; Ch#7 is the paging mode (159.49500/136.5 PL) for use during the night--it has a mute on it after 30 second.... does anyone have any freqs that would fill in the blanks; and can anyone confirm the tones for Morehead and London (I have monitored those choppers on 159.49500/136.5 PL in the Lexington area but never near their bases)...
