Default weather alert scan?

I have some tk-280 v2's and I am curious to know if it is possible to put the noaa channels on scan, and use 2 tone to open them up when the 1050hz tone is released by nws.
I have them set up to open on the 2 tone, using 2 tone 1 A, and B are both set up as 1050hz, and I am using AND signaling in kpg-49d v4.01
But I cannot have them in my scan list because it always stops on them and wont scan my other channels.
I have looked through other posts in this forum and cant find anything that allows them to be in the scan list.
Hope somebody can offer me some advice!
thanks

well I put it back into OR signalling and used 67hz pl just to make it close the squelch. Now does this mean that it would normally open squelch when the pl is detected OR the 2tone?

I don't think you can do that, It will work when parked on one of the Wx Chans.

Not sure though.
I'm sure somebody will come along and give you a definitive answer

There is no way to store the same codes...
that can get kind of annoying
