Tk-350

Can anyone explain why sometimes my TK-350 doesn't unmute on DPL decode? I can press monitor and it will unmute and then remute at the end of the conversation. Sometimes it unmutes when the repeater keys and sometimes it doesn't. I have tried programming in the inverse DPL with no luck.
