TK 250 / TK 350 Mod.

I am looking for the web page for the modification to feild program this Radio.
I modified a TK 250 3 years ago and now I can not find the web page with the picure of what chip needs to be removed to make the Radio to into self programming mode. all it will say is PROG.
Thanks for the help on this.
