Default Need Help Programming TK-2212L

I have recently purchased a Kenwood TK-2212L. I have the KPG-100d software that is supposed to be used to program the radio. I am unable to program it due to an error that says "Check the model number" The software has the 2212K and 2212M listed in the model #'s but no 2212L. How can I upgrade my software or is there a way to work around this issue.. Plz help!!!

KPG-100D is correct for that radio. Latest version is v1.43. What version do you have?
