Default 690 with 5810?

Is it possible to do a dual drawer single control head with a 690 and a 5810?

No You can notmarry these two radios with one control head.

The 690 is an anlog radio and the 5810 is a digital radio and there is a conflict between the two.

You can only do anlog to anlog or digital to digital single head/dual drawer or go the other way.

You can do single drawer dual head either way.

But bottom line is you cannot marry anlog with the digital.

Good Luck

Actually, you cannot do a single head dual band with any Kenwood 5x10 series radio.

Yeah, I was disappointed when I heard a dual-band single-head configuration wasn't possible. Guess I'll stick with my TK-790/890.
