Question Weird

I have a feed for Monterey County Sheriff on the left channel and one for County Fire on the right channel. What I started noticing is that instestead of the Sheriff being on the left channel it goes to the right channel and fire is now on the left channel. Sometimes after two or three transmission they then go back to the proper channel. I verified it is on the pc end and not on the server at Radiorefernce.com. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm about to change out the sound card to see if it is the culprit.

If you are using ScannerCast, from my understanding, this is a know bug the developer is working on.

See here for ScannerCast info: Beta Testers Wanted: K1PGV's ScannerCast

You can write the developer.

If not using ScannerCast, I do not know what is causing the issue but it sounds like the program assigns audio to what ever not not used channel.

I had the same issue with a Sangean stereo internet radio.
When they where able to demo the problem in there lab, they wrote a firmware fix that worked.
