no sound

I have gone thru the entire set up, which was simple, my scanner is plugged into the microphone jack, i have the visual on the screen by the lines jumping on the peak meter but the system is not connecting????

Very Low Audio

I just became a feed provider the only sound I can get is very low and you cant hear it. Any suggestions?
