Just give each copy a different name.
Ex: ScannerCast 1, ScannerCast 2, ect.

Easy,

Create a shortcut for each feed you will need. For each feed you will need to edit each shortcut (don't forget to rename the name of each shortcut as well ). In the Target Field after ScannerCast.exe add
file with a name like fire.ini, or police.ini , you catch my drift i think.

Click Apply, OK.

When you run each shortcut, setup the feed parameters (either manually or from RR, also under the config tab under the "Server" section each feed will need a unique port number, 5700, then 5701, etc. failure to do so will result in errors when each feed after the 1st is launched)

Start the Feed for a moment, then stop it and exit. Then Restart from each Respective shortcut once each feed is configured.

If done correctly each shortcut should load with the settings of that particular feeds purpose.
