Default ScannerCast will not connect to server

Trying to get new feed up but keep getting: failed to get reply from RR server. it is scannercast push error message 103. I am running Windows Vista withVipre anti virus software. I have made sure it is letting the program through the firewall and it is. I am running a RS Pro 197 with a mono line coming out of the headphone jack into the line in jack on my computer. I have the scanner hooked up on com port 7 and it is showing the scanner connection to be working, just not the connection to the server. It is using port 80, I checked the line in audio on the computer and it is working fine. On the sound input drop down in the ScannerCast window I have chosen Realtek high definition audio since this is what shows a connection to the line in jack. Can't think of anything else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
