Default Cannot login to broadcast feed (Scannercast)

Last week my computer went down with a virus on 2/5/11. When I shut the computer down, I updated the status on my feed (I have been broadcasting for 1 year now). I got computer back from the shop Thursday and tried to start broadcasting again. When I clicked on Login to RR and get config in Scannercast, I got this error message:

Radio Reference Feed Auto- Config Error( error 302)

Error accessing RR
Unable to connect to remote server.

After fooling around with this I came up with nothing. I went to RR website and logged in. Clicked on my user name up top and it looked like they bumped me from premium subscriber to free subscriber. I sent 2 emails to RR about my problem and no response yet. Can anyone help me? Am I doing something wrong? Is it normal to get bumped from a premium subscriber in just 1 week? Just would like to get my feed up and going again.

thanks,

David

Just a quick glance shows you don't have a feed. Did you sign off on the new requirements by the Feb 1 deadline?

If you are a premium subscriber by virtue of supplying a feed, you loose the premium status as soon as your feed goes off line.

I'm sure one of the audio admins will chime in and help with getting your feed back up and running.

I believe I did sign the new new requirements. I looked back in my old email, and couldn't find anything relating to it, but I was still broadcasting until 2/5/11.

Your feed is still in good standing and active. This looks to be an issue on your end. You do still have .NET framework installed correct?

I would think so. No programs were supposed to be deleted. I'm at work tonight. Will check and see when I get home.

Kendrik,
I checked the .NET framework, and it seems to be installed correctly. I even went into the control panel and clicked on "turn windows features on or off" and selected turned all the options on for microsoft .NET framework 3.0. Any more suggestions?

Do you happen to have AVG virus software installed?

Kendrik,

Yes I did. It was about 1 A.M. Central when I checked your post., so I went ahead and unistalled it. My computer also has Avira Anti-Virus running. After uninstalling AVG, it is still giving me the same error when I clicked on Login to RR and get config.

I just had the same thing happen to me, My feed has been down since late last night. When restarting ScannerCast, I kept getting the same message. I restarted my modem, rebooted the computer and was still getting the same error message, somewhere along the line the computer/internet gods made it work on its own.
Dont know if there is a glitch with the servers or if it was on my end, but my feed is now working again

I tried radiofeed for my problem, and it did not work. It would not connect. So then I downloaded Oddcast, and it works fine. The audio is not as good as the scannercast, had to adjust gain a lot, but it works. I'm still confused as to why scannercast would not work anymore or why radiofeed wouldn't work. I broadcast for 1 year with scannercast, and it worked fine til computer got a virus. No files where removed when repaired, and the only thing that was not working was scannercast.
