Default Is the Pro-96 able to send out alpha tag's?

Does anyone know if the Pro-96 is able to send the alpha tag out? If so, what program will it work with? Iím thinking of using the Pro-96 to do the Jersey City FD UHF P25 trunk system.

Thanks
John
