ScannerCast error

I am trying to set up my feed. I downloaded ScannerCast, when i click on the icon to open run it, I get an error message:
"The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

If anybody is familiar and knows how to resolve this issue please let me know. Thanks
