Unable to connect (server down?)

My feed (Morris County PD, Fire, EMS) has been unable to connect for some time now. I did a reboot, but still cant' connect. Is there a server issue? It's 1/18/13 5:11pm EST.

I'm having the same issue:

Failed to connect to RR server: audio9.radioreference.com/133324786 No connection can be made because the target machine actively refused it.

That would seem to me to be a machine in shutdown or in a reduced running state.

I'll try to have my feed connect again in a few hours.
