How To Edit Feed Name

How do You edit your feed name?
I changed radio's I was using, and now I have more than 1 county, plus the State Police on there.

I don't feed so I maybe wrong, but I think you have to submit a feed help request to change the name as well as to list it under a new county.

Don't want to change the county, just add 3 more, and the State Police.
Maybe someone with power will answer this also.
