Exclamation Anyone else having intermittent feed outages?

I'm in Charlotte, NC and my ScannerCast program keeps going Offline and Online every 2 or 3 minutes back off and on, been doing it for the past 30 minutes now, anyone else having issues??

I've noticed this last week on my feed as well. This has been going on for a while. I've got no idea what is happening

Shouldn't have any drop outs. Something is wrong. AVG anti-virus will cause drop outs.
