Problem with feed

I have a Uniden Bc125at 3.5mm cabel running from scanner to mic input on pc, i have set up scanner cast, but when i try to test it out online and listen to it it tries to load but then i get a red x and it wont go any further. And about every 10 min my feed goes down and when i look at the computer, scanner, and softwear nothing is wrong. Any advice?

possiblely your virus protection may not like a program that connects to the net. just something you might check. could be a number of things. I would start their. or malware protection.
