Also, I am not sure why I first thought you were describing yourself as a feed-provider. (Edit: It was from this forum's name.) If you simply are having problems with your scanner receiving signals (and if this is not related to a RR/Broadcastify feed which you provide) then my first two suggestions above would not be applicable.
- If you are having local reception problems, there might be some other signal causing inteference. Try relocating the scanner and see if the signal quality improves.
- If relocation has no effect, then use headphones to see if the problem is the speaker itself.
As you report your findings here, more people will be able to give specific assistance.
