Notes page HTML editor not loading

Anybody having problems loading the Notes page in the Manage Feed section. All the other tabs work ok but the Note page does not loaded the HTML editor. Also the page is slow loading and the loading icon does not spin.Thinking it might be a browser issue. Using Vista with Eplorer9.

RESOLVED: Changed compatibility setting in IE. It also cleared up problems with audio archive display.
