Cool HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have received a couple "problems" from some listeners. They say that the audio is too low or not understandable. I have listened to the feed on a couple different players and it sounds good to me. Please listen and leave some feedback. Thanks.

The volume sounds great now....but last night it was too low to even be heard. Are you using "record out" with a constant volume, or are you somehow inadvertently changing the volume level either through the scanner or your computer?

If you listen to your archives for 2013-7-15 from about 11:19AM - 1:49PM you will hear the intelligible audio (very faint voice) and humming and popping. You will need to turn the volume all the way up to even hear that. The audio seemed to return to normal around 2:10PM.

I also noticed it again later in the evening starting around 07:47PM. From 09:26:16PM to 09:16:49PM you streamed a news broadcast, then the scanner audio returned to full volume. Then a few minutes later the popping and lower volume level returned.
