Can Broadcastify relay my Icecast server?

As of now I am running Darkice and sending my feeds to Broadcastify and to my own Icecast server to host them locally.

The problem is if Broadcastify goes down it causes my local feed to also be unavailable. I am guessing this is due to Darkice being unable to connect to the Broadcastify server.

While reading through the Icecast documentation I read about setting up a feed relay.

I did not quite understand so I asked on the Icecast mailing list and was told:

What you need to do is tell Broadcastify that you have your own Icecast server. Give them the full URL, port, and mount name. They are the ones that need to configure the relay.

Can I have my feeds configured to run this way?
