Default Question about a new feed

I just submitted 2 new feed requests and I'm wondering if and when they are approved if I do not start broadcasting (leave them as not active) will they still be automatically deleted after 21 days? I'm awaiting for a scanner antenna to arrive.

Thanks

If I do not start broadcasting (leave feed as not active/coming soon) will it still be automatically deleted after 21 days?
