Question CB Radio - Terms of Service Question

As a new feed provider, I have read (and agreed to) the terms of service for feed providers.

However, I ran across this feed in the directory:

US > New Jersey > Monmouth (County) [New York City]

Citizens Band Radio Channel 6

Citizens Band Radio Channel 6 Live Scanner Audio Feed

which appears to violate the TOS. Is this just an error or oversight? What is the reason for restricting CB radio feeds? Are exceptions allowed?

This feed was already active before we decided to not allow CB, thats why it was allowed to stay.

CB is more of a "child play" and there is really not a big interest from listeners. We don't want to tie up our resources for feeds that have no interest. Also, we only accept "Public Safety" type feeds and CB really does not fit in that category.

I've often wondered that very same thing about what sounds like nothing more than CB on a repeater

Regardless of the content, it is a Ham Repeater therefor it is allowed.
